Tips for Communicating with a Person with Dementia

Thanks for your advices. In the last month my mome became more and more disoriented. Now we got the diagnoses dementia. I read at the beginning of this year on www.astrosofa.com/horoscopes/yearly-horoscope/Yearly-horoscope-2018, that 2018 would be difficult especially at the end of the year. But this is my worst nightmare. I cannot do anything except giving her all the love I feel for her. I would be grateful for every advice anyone can give me here for this situation.
